RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY :

You may return any full-price item provided the product is not used in any way
within 14 days of the date on your receipt.Sale items may only be exchanged for
another item or a store credit.Final Sale items are non-returnable and cannot be
returned for refund, exchange or store credit. All monogrammed or personalized items
are final sale.Gift certificates are non-refundable.
H&S reserves the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet these return requirements.

REFUNDS :

Returns to H&S are processed within 10-14 business days of receipt. A confirmation email will
be sent once your account has been credited. Refunds may only be issued in the same form as was
utilized for payment. You may return any full-price item provided the product is not used in any way
within 14 days of the date on your receipt. Sale items may only be exchanged for another item or
a store credit. Final Sale items are non-returnable and cannot be returned for refund, exchange
or store credit. All personalized items are final sale. Gift certificates are non-refundable.

If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please send an email as soon as possible to customerservice@hsstorekw.com
We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, once an order has been submitted
cannot be cancelled or modified. Once you have received your online order, please refer to our
return instructions included with your shipment.If you would like to purchase a different product,

H&S is committed to our tradition of fine quality control over Six years. We guarantee all of our products against
defects in materials and workmanship. While our guarantee does no cover normal product damage that may
result from mishandling, we do offer a high-quality repair service for a reasonable fee, assuming the item is
repairable and that the materials from which it was made are still available. Our guarantee does not cover
incidental or consequential damage, such as product or content loss.
